  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast; let rest until foamy.
  2. Stir in half of the vegetable oil, then add flour and salt to form dough.
  3. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for about an hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) and prepare the pizza pan.
  5. Shape dough onto the pan and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Brush crust with melted butter-sugar mixture, top with cherry filling.
  7. Combine crumble ingredients and sprinkle over filling.
  8. Bake for an additional 13–15 minutes until topping is golden brown.
