  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup green onions (chopped, plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 sheet nori (cut into small strips)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse sushi rice until the water runs clear; cook with water according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt; mix until dissolved.
  4. Fluff cooked rice and fold in the vinegar mixture.
  5. In another bowl, combine diced salmon, mayonnaise, Sriracha, sesame oil, and green onions.
  6. Spread seasoned rice in a baking dish; layer the salmon mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
