  • 1.5 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 23 cups)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by draining and rinsing the black beans, dicing the onion, and cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces if desired.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, green chilies, ranch seasoning, cumin, chili powder, and onion; stir well.
