  • ½ tsp vinegar
  • 12 tsp red food coloring
  • 1 cup chopped Oreos (about 67 Oreos)
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in the egg, vanilla extract, vinegar, and red food coloring until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined; fold in chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop rounded mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet with space in between.
  7. Bake for 9–11 minutes or until edges are set; let cool on the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
