  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, very soft
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with foil, spraying it generously with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, softened butter, and egg using an electric mixer until a thick dough forms.
  3. Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan and sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly over it.
