  • 1 large egg
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream (plus more as needed)
  • Chocolate (up to 1/2 cup chips or chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pistachio pudding mix.
  3. Grate or add diced cold butter into the dry mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
