  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • Two-thirds of a 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 1 minute.
  3. Add graham cracker crumbs to the melted butter and mix until evenly coated.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  5. Layer the drained pineapple, halved cherries, white chocolate chips, and shredded coconut over the crust.
  6. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly on top.
  7. Bake for 30 to 34 minutes until lightly golden on edges.
  8. Cool completely before slicing.
