  • 3 cups frozen peas (460g)
  • 1 cup turkey strips (125g)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely sliced)
  • 1 small bunch fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to season

Instructions

  1. In a hot frying pan, add the turkey strips and cook until crispy. If needed, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Remove the turkey from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion until soft and translucent, adding olive oil if necessary.
  3. Add the sliced garlic to the onions and cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the frozen peas and cook until heated through.
  5. Combine the crispy turkey strips with the peas and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
