  • 1 cup sour cream (reduced-fat)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • About 20 Oreo cookies (divided; 8 whole and remainder chopped)
  • 1 cup milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup cold milk
  • 18 oz. container whipped topping (thawed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your bundt pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix and Oreo pudding mix. Add eggs, sour cream, and vegetable oil; mix until smooth. Fold in coarsely chopped Oreos.
