  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the turkey sausage, dicing vegetables, and mincing garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat, then add sliced turkey sausage. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

  5. Pour in chicken broth; stir to combine.
  6. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cover. Simmer for about 20 minutes until rice is cooked.
