  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups organic chicken stock
  • 1 ½ cups organic heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped organic kale
  • 1 cup potato gnocchi
  • 56 organic sundried tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsps organic all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ Tbsps Tuscan Marry Me blend
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste, organic
  • 3 Tbsps cooking apple vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon, freshly-squeezed

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil and unsalted butter until fragrant.
  2. Add flour to create a roux, stirring for about 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in chicken stock until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken, Tuscan seasoning, sundried tomatoes, and tomato paste; simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat and incorporate heavy cream and apple vinegar; let simmer gently for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add gnocchi and chopped kale; cook according to gnocchi package instructions until they float (about 3–5 minutes).
  6. Finish with freshly squeezed lemon juice before serving hot with grated parmesan.
