  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas until you have 2 1/4 cups.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda, and nutmeg.
  3. Cream together butter and sugars in another bowl; add cinnamon, eggs, vanilla, and mashed bananas.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
  5. Spray your baking pan with cooking spray; pour in batter.
  6. Add a trivet to the Instant Pot with 1 cup of water; cover the pan tightly with foil.
  7. Place the pan on the trivet and seal the lid; cook on manual for 50 minutes.
  8. After cooking, perform a quick release and let cool before slicing.
