  • 3 ounces red curry paste
  • 1 (14-ounce) can coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
