  • 3 tablespoons hot honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine hot honey and minced garlic.
  5. Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish, pour the hot honey mixture over it, and sprinkle crumbled feta on top. Add chopped rosemary around the chicken.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Optionally broil on high for an additional 1–2 minutes for caramelization.
