  • 2 kiwis
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar for fruit salsa
  • 1/4 pineapple
  • 6 flour tortillas (6-inch size)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar for cinnamon chips
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare baking sheets.
  2. Wash and chop strawberries, kiwi, mango, and pineapple into uniform cubes.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the chopped fruits with lemon juice and sugar gently.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  5. Cut tortillas into triangles, toss with melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
  6. Spread on baking sheets and bake for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
