  • 10 whole cloves garlic
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ⅓ cup flour
  • 1 beef bouillon cube (or 1 tsp better than bouillon)
  • 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon EACH: Dried thyme, mustard powder
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. 1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings. Dredge lightly in flour.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear chicken until golden brown (6-7 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add butter and garlic; sauté until caramelized (3-4 minutes).
  4. 4. Sprinkle flour over garlic; gradually stir in chicken broth until smooth. Add bouillon, soy sauce, onion powder, thyme, and mustard powder; mix well.
  5. 5. Return chicken to skillet; simmer until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Stir in heavy cream to thicken before serving.
