  • 1 lb turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (12 oz) package Hawaiian rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; scramble the egg mixture until cooked through.
  4. Cook turkey bacon in the same skillet until crispy; cut each slice into quarters.
  5. Cut the Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  6. Layer with half of the cheddar cheese, followed by scrambled eggs and turkey bacon. Top with remaining cheese and place on top buns.
  7. Mix melted butter with ranch dressing mix and brush over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
