  • 6 day-old croissants
  • 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped hazelnuts (lightly toasted)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  2. Tear croissants into bite-sized pieces and layer half in the baking dish.
