  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix sliced chicken with water, salt, baking soda, and cornstarch. Let it marinate.
