  • 2 cans Crescent Roll Dough
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1/3 cup frozen spinach (thawed and chopped)
  • Fresh herbs (chopped, such as parsley or chives)
  • 2 tablespoons onion (finely diced)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, chopped artichokes, thawed spinach, fresh herbs, and diced onion. Mix until creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and pinch seams together to form a rectangle. Cut out bunny ear shapes.
  4. Place spoonfuls of the filling onto each piece of dough and fold over to form triangles resembling bunnies.
  5. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
