Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup thick yogurt (dairy-free if needed)
  • 1/4 cup milk (soy or any choice)
  • 100 g fresh raspberries
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Optional: 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Small pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add rolled oats, yogurt, milk, maple syrup (if using), salt, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a small bowl, combine dark chocolate and coconut oil. Melt over a double boiler until smooth.
  3. Layer fresh raspberries at the bottom of jars or containers, top with blended oat mixture, and drizzle melted chocolate on top.
