  • 250 g Caster sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 Medium Eggs
  • 250 g Self-raising flour (or gluten-free blend)
  • 3 Tablespoons Milk
  • Zest of 1 Orange
  • 200 g Icing sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 12 Tablespoons Orange zest

  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and caster sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla extract.
