For the Bars:
1 cup (251 g) unsweetened applesauce
6 tablespoons (100 g) natural peanut butter
2 cups (175 g) rolled oats

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the applesauce and peanut butter. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  • Add the rolled oats and stir until everything is evenly combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and press it down firmly into an even layer.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely before slicing into bars.
  • Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
