  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 box (3 oz) strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes; cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Incorporate eggs one at a time.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 45–50 minutes until slightly wobbly in the center. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
