  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Water (as needed for consistency)
  • 6 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup red cabbage (shredded)
  • ½ cup carrot (shredded)
  • 1 small jalapeño (thinly sliced, optional)
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp by mixing with olive oil, spices, lime juice; let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Blend avocado, Greek yogurt or sour cream, lime juice, garlic, cilantro until smooth; add water if needed for consistency.
