8–10 frozen soup dumplings
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp gochujang
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup water
Salt
Pepper
Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese, chopped chives or sage for garnish
Instructions
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream, water, and gochujang. Stir until well combined and bring the mixture to a simmer.
Carefully add the frozen soup dumplings to the sauce, ensuring they have space between them. Cover and cook for about 12 minutes or until fully cooked.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with chives or sage if desired. Serve hot.
