  • 1 box of Devil’s Food cake mix
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 16 oz. whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • 22 oz. caramel syrup
  • 8 oz. Heath English Toffee Bits
  • 1 King-Sized Heath bar (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven as per the cake mix instructions. Prepare and bake the Devil's Food cake according to the package directions. Allow it to cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend sweetened condensed milk with whipped cream until fluffy.
  3. Cut the cooled cake into small cubes. In a trifle dish or glass bowl, layer half of the cake cubes followed by half of the whipped cream mixture, half of the caramel syrup, and half of the toffee bits.
  4. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients and finish with crushed Heath bar on top.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
