  • 1 cup Bell Peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup Carrots (sliced)
  • 1 cup Onions (sliced)
  • 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Soak the Korean glass noodles in warm water for about 30 minutes until softened.
  2. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  3. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add your chosen protein and cook until browned and fully cooked through (about 5–7 minutes).
  5. Incorporate sliced bell peppers, carrots, and onions into the wok, stir-frying for another 4–5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
