  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the streusel by mixing cold unsalted butter, brown sugar, flour, and salt until crumbly. Set aside.
