  • 1 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Softened Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Warm Milk
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar using a hand mixer until fluffy.
  4. Incorporate eggs into the creamed mixture followed by pumpkin puree and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined; stir in warm milk until smooth.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
