  • ¾ cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, then sugar, flour, and vanilla; mix until combined.
  3. Gradually add heavy whipping cream and eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
  4. Pour filling over crust and bake for about 50 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Cool gradually in the oven with the door ajar for an hour.
