  • 8 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup salted butter, room temperature
  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and butter a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Pour into the baking pan.
  3. In the same bowl, cream brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and remaining cinnamon until clumpy. Stir in oats to form a coarse mixture.
  4. Crumble the oat mixture over the peach filling evenly. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving warm.
