  2. Add flour and salt; mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead by hand until smooth; shape into a ball.
  4. Cover and let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  5. Divide into six pieces; shape each into rounds and cover.
  6. Roll out each round to about 18 cm wide and 5 mm thick.
  7. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat; cook each round until puffed and golden on both sides.
  8. Serve warm brushed with melted butter or olive oil.
