  • 2 C. Nut Butter (Almond and Peanut)
  • 1/2 C. Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 C. Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 C. Almond Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Pure Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Pinch of Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine nut butter and maple syrup over low-medium heat until mixed well. Reduce heat to low.
  2. Stir in coconut flour, almond flour, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and sea salt. Mix until the dough is thick; add more coconut flour if necessary.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions, roll into balls, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Flatten each ball slightly using a fork and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
