  • 7 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • ⅓ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 21-ounce can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until blended.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract until evenly mixed.
  4. Set out six plastic punch cups. Spoon two tablespoons of the crumb mixture into each cup and press lightly.
  5. Add three tablespoons of the cheesecake filling on top of the crust layer in each cup.
  6. Distribute half of the cherry pie filling among the cups, reserving the other half.
  7. Sprinkle two more tablespoons of the crumb mixture over the cherry layer in each cup.
  8. Divide the remaining cheesecake mixture among all cups and smooth it out evenly.
  9. Top with the reserved cherry pie filling and sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs if desired.
  10. Chill for up to 24 hours or serve immediately.
