  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the dressing mix, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
  5. Coat the chicken with the dressing mixture evenly.
  6. In another bowl, mix Panko breadcrumbs with olive oil until coated.
  7. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the chicken.
  8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
