  • 2 Tbsp flavored butter (Cinnamon & Brown Sugar)
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Cocoa powder or sprinkles (for coating)

  1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl with flavored butter.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the cream until it simmers and pour it over the chocolate mixture. Let sit for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir until smooth, adding cayenne pepper and mixing well.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until firm.
  5. Scoop out portions using a melon baller or teaspoon, rolling them into balls.
  6. Coat the truffles in cocoa powder or sprinkles and place on parchment paper.
  7. Chill again until firm before serving.
