  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the bananas and mix with brown sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
