  • 2 lemons (1 for juice, 1 for slices)

  • 4 medium potatoes (about 2 lbs)
  • 1 lb broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, then toss them in olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Spread the potatoes on one side of the baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
