  • 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Toffee Bits
  • 1 cup Crushed Potato Chips
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pretzels

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  5. Gradually add dry mixture and mix on low speed until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips, toffee bits, potato chips, and pretzels.
  7. Roll dough into golf ball-sized balls and place on prepared baking sheets.
  8. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until edges are crisp but centers remain soft.
  9. Tap the baking sheets on the counter to slightly deflate cookies for softer centers.
  10. Cool for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
