  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. In another bowl, beat softened butter, brown sugar, and peanut butter until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; combine well.
  3. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until fully incorporated.
  4. Shape dough into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each), roll in sugar, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
