  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)

  • 3 tablespoons unflavored vegan gelatin (or agar-agar)
  • 1/4 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Gather and prepare all ingredients: brew green tea, cool it down, and grate ginger.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine cooled green tea, lemon juice, and honey/maple syrup. Stir until mixed.
  3. Gradually sprinkle in vegan gelatin while stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
  4. Add grated ginger and stir well.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds, filling each about three-quarters full.
  6. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours until set; remove from molds when firm.
