Instructions

  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, combine milk, vinegar, egg, and melted butter until well mixed.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
