  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into small chunks

  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets

  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 1 1/2 cups cheese (1/2 cup parmesan and 1 cup cheddar)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
