  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Fill each noodle with the seafood mixture and roll them up seam-side down.
  4. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving.
