  • 1 stick unsalted butter (cold, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together room temperature butter and white sugar until light and fluffy.
