  • 34 tbsp additional cream cheese
  • 1 cup pink cotton candy-flavored sugar
  • Optional: ½ cup finely crushed freeze-dried strawberries
  • Optional: ¼ cup pink sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  2. Scoop mixture into 1-inch balls and freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  3. Crush the vanilla sandwich cookies into fine crumbs and mix with additional cream cheese to form a soft dough.
  4. Flatten a small scoop of dough in your palm, place one frozen cheesecake ball in the center, wrap the dough around it, and roll into a smooth ball.
  5. Roll each bomb in a mixture of pink cotton candy sugar (and optional toppings) until fully coated.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
