  • 1/2 tbsp red chili flakes
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 1/4 cups single cream
  • 7 oz ramen noodles
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Bean sprouts
  • Edamame beans
  • Scallions
  • Chili oil

Instructions

  1. Coat chicken breasts in flour and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add sun-dried tomatoes, smoked paprika, oregano, and red chili flakes.
  3. Add chicken to the pot and sear until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Pour in chicken stock and scrape the bottom of the pot to enhance flavor. Bring to a gentle boil, then stir in single cream and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Cook ramen noodles separately according to package instructions; drain.
