Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Season the sliced chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt half of the butter. Add the chicken in a single layer and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Toss in broccoli florets and cook until tender (about 4-5 minutes), then add fresh spinach until wilted.
  4. Return cooked chicken to the skillet with vegetables; stir until well combined. Adjust seasoning if necessary before serving warm.
