  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 8 oz linguine
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning (or to taste)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water, then drain.
  2. Season the steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil and butter for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. Let the steak rest before slicing. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic, then add heavy cream and cream cheese. Stir until smooth.
  4. Mix in Parmesan, mozzarella, and additional Cajun seasoning. Add pasta and toss to combine.
